We believe businesses have a responsibility to give back to the communities they operate in. For On The Buzzer, that is not a policy — it is built into why we exist.
Competition creates presence. When people are genuinely competing, they are fully in the room — and that is the environment in which generosity happens naturally. A competitive format holds attention in a way that a speaker or a raffle never does. Giving becomes part of a shared experience rather than a separate ask.
In 2025 our Movember fundraising event raised over £3,000 for men's health. This is only the beginning.
